I requested a home visit to prepare a quote for a mini-split system. Scheduling was quick and easy. I waited only a few days for an appointment. The automated scheduling reminders were timely and thorough. I received a call from the tech when he was on his way, he arrived on time at the beginning of the specified time window. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. It was a good experience. Looking forward to receiving the quote!

I was able to book a plumbing appointment within a few days, and the plumbers who showed up were fantastic. They knew their stuff, were super personable, offered great advice, and ended up only charging the dispatch fee after determining the issue was not actually with the plumbing. I will definitely use Rowell’s again and would highly recommend them!

Our mini-split system became temperamental and problematic, opting not to work shortly after the spring tuneup. Rick Casey was able to find and solve the issues to restore the system. He even scheduled a return visit to double check all components! Much to our delight and his relief on a late afternoon, all was functioning perfectly! They showed up early (as preferred), was in a good mood, knowledgeable in his field, did the job quickly and was on his way. Definitely would recommend them for this aspect of the septic process.

Don’t you just hate it when there is a problem EARLY on a SATURDAY morning – especially with your sewer system? I called Rowell’s since they offer 24/7 coverage and respond to emergencies. Their employees are professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The response time was very good. Before they left, service expert Chris Ladnay went over everything with me so I understood clearly what was done and the follow up needed. I would not hesitate calling them again for plumbing or septic problems.
