- The owner shall provide original installation date information if possible, or photo of water heater sticker.
- Must own the home and reside within our service area.
- Any upgrades to a new type or size of water heater are not included.
- The winner allows Rowell’s Services to use images and likenesses of the new unit, the homeowner’s name, and photo in possible promotional materials.
- Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
- No entry fee or purchase is required.
- All decisions are final.
- Any improvements needed to bring the installation in compliance with existing building and mechanical codes are not included.
- Permit fees not included.
